For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: One bird was perched on the nest, and I saw some movement in the nest but couldn't tell how many nestlings were in there. She moved to sit in the nest, but was also moving sticks around and tidying up. The other one was off, perched on a nearby mast.

Other Activity: One osprey on the nest. Possible chick beside her?? I’m not too familiar with the nest so it could be some kind of debris that others know of.
