Magnolia Reserve Project in Gloucester
Greenbelt is working to permanently protect approximately 94 acres of ecologically significant land in Gloucester. The Magnolia Reserve borders the 600-acre Ravenswood Park and connects to other conservation lands owned by the City of Gloucester and Greenbelt. Protecting this land will knit these conserved areas together, strengthen habitat connectivity, and ensure the long-term integrity of this diverse, forested landscape.

Old Barn Farm Conservation Project in Boxford & North Andover
Greenbelt has an exciting opportunity to acquire and permanently protect approximately 34 acres of vital farmland, wildlife habitat, and scenic land in the communities of Boxford (28 acres) and North Andover (6 acres). The Old Barn Farm property will conserve nearly one-third of the remaining unprotected acreage at Barker Farm — a historic working farm and orchard in continuous operation since 1642 — as well as adjoining wildlife habitat and scenic land.
