Adult Osprey Activity Observed:

Location, Date & Time of Observation:
2025-06-26
02:30 PM to 02:45 PM

Number of Adults Visible: 2

Number of Nestlings Visible:

Number of Fledglings Visible:

Weather Conditions: Cloudy - Drizzle / 71°/ 11mph -17mph - ENE

Other Activity: Female on nest, but seemingly feeding possible nestlings tucked inside. Male on same cross bar as the nest on the transmission tower.

Observation Method: Found a better location for viewing this platform from Gibson point while observing SAU-10. Using scope.

General Comments: This location is far superior than where I have been viewing from via the UPS distribution center. From the UPS location, you're basically looking up at the nest and through powerlines. This new location is far superior as you're nearly at high level with the nest. It's still a long way off and only a scope can really grab this platform well. But very happy to get a much clearer observation from this location!
