Weather Conditions: 78 degrees, 16 mph wind gusts, cloudy. Started to sprinkle at the end of my visit
Other Activity: When I arrived one Osprey (presumably the female) was perched on the nest to the right with no nestlings visible. There are noticeably some new sticks at the top of the nest poking out, and it seems like they have been building up the sides of the nest taller. The female Osprey was vocalizing, and took off towards the river, where she could continue to be heard vocalizing. At one point there were three Osprey flying over the river, with what sounded like two of them vocalizing. While the female was off the nest, the nestling(s) did a very good job at staying low and unnoticeable. I only saw a set of wings stretch once, wasn’t able to see any heads yet. After about twenty minutes, an Osprey returned to the nest with a fish (I think it was the male). He did not appear to feed to the fish to any nestlings, but put it in the nest and stood off to the side. After a few minutes one of the nestlings stood up fully in the nest and stretched its wings. I was eventually able to see the second nestling stretch their wings in a different spot in the nest.
Observation Method: On foot sitting at the bleachers
