For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: One adult osprey feeding on fish on no nest light pole behind 41 Linden St. Additional adult in nest in GEAA field. At 5:13 pm 5 additional osprey began flying around GEAA field appear to be chasing each other. Vocalizing. Perhaps.ating or last years brood? There were 3 fledglings last year 2025

Other Activity: An osprey was sitting down in the nest bowl the whole time I was scanning the nests, but it was not quite lying out in the incubating position. Maybe it's getting ready to lay eggs?
