For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: both adults standing on the nest, one poking its head into the nest. does not look like feeing motions but more like "checking" motions. cannot see chick heads yet.

Weather Conditions: hot, clear with low haze, mild breeze, humid

Other Activity: one adult perched on nest / one perched on lower post, followed by both on lower post, followed by one on lower post and no other visible for a brief time, followed by one back on the nest and one on lower post.

Observation Method: scope from home

General Comments: During the time no adult was on the nest, I was able to see 2 bobbing chick heads. Not sure if the third egg has hatched but would assume so because "sitting" has stopped.
