Where are Osprey Nesting?
For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: one osprey inside nest. Other one perched on nest edge looking down into it. Then after several minutes it flew down to the Saugus River and out of sight

Other Activity: have observed osprey gathering seaweed and sticks from beach and carrying to nest 3 times in past 7 days, including today.

General Comments: this nest was active initially with 2 Osprey. now only one and this bird is adding to nest with materials from beach. and perching beside nest.
