Nest Name:
BEV-01 - Monument Bar Channel Marker G1

Adult Osprey Activity Observed:
Osprey Incubating Eggs or Chicks

Location, Date & Time of Observation:
2020-05-22
12:15 PM to 12:30 PM
at: Beverly

Number of Adults Visible: 1

Number of Nestlings Visible: 0

Weather Conditions: sunny, wind 10-15mph, 78F

Other Activity: one cabin cruiser was anchored very close to the channel marker and the OSPR was perched on the nest when I arrived. Eventually it settled back into an incubating position. The channel traffic comes fairly close to the channel marker anyway, but this is the first time I've seen a boat actually anchor there. Hopefully, this hasn't disturbed the birds too much.
