Other Activity: Osprey was very vocal today. I could hear her as I approached my observing site. When I started to observe with my scope she flew off the next and circled the area for 15 minutes, calling regularly. Shortly before I left she landed back on the nest. She did not sit down on the nest while I was there. She did some preening after she landed. I could not see anything in the nest from my vantage point.

Observation Method: On foot with spotting scope.

General Comments: I'm not sure if she was disturbed by my presence or by something else. I was at my usual viewing spot, which is quite a distance from the nest.
