Weather Conditions: 70, light breeze, sun with some high clouds

Other Activity: Looks like a sad news. No adults present on arrival. No activity in nest. After 15 mins adult appeared from south holding good sized fish, flew over on on up Mud Creek. On turning back to platform an adult had come to postperch. Looked very like male from pair with same or very similar white left shoulder stripe. Stayed about 5 plus minutes. Third adult flew pass to dead tree on little island north of Sawyers and fed itself from catch. Adult on perch was gone when I checked scope. Finally a fourth (?) adult appear low over the marsh and landed about 400 feet south of platform and stayed there until I left. [This was a typical marsh pool stake out by the adult male from the pair early on April and May. Could it be the same bird ?] I plan to check back in a couple of days and see if I can see into the nest some how.. The nesting material does not look disturbed from my viewing distance compared to earlier photos. A large adult great blue heron was around through all of this and did not seem disturbed by anything in the nest area.
