For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: One adult perched on the nest that left for an extended period and later returned. May have been seen perched on spreaders of distant sailboat. Afterward, the other adult also returned to the nest with what looked like debris, nesting material? No sign of any young.

Other Activity: Initially, one adult on nest, which later started to feed. The 3 young arose but were uninterested in feeding. Later the other adult returned to the nest and perched and the young stayed below.
