For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Weather Conditions: 76F, light wind from SE, mostly cloudy

Other Activity: Both adults perched on the nest and the one nestling was partly visible. Both adults left eventually, and the female returned to the nest. The young one exposed itself then.

Other Activity: Neither adult on nest initially then the female returned and the male perched on the other Aquavides daymarker. The male later left and returned to the nest with a small branch. The 3 young were partly visible at all times and later, two were completely visible.
