For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: 1 chick in nest, one adult on utility pole across street, it flew on to wire, then another joined it. Birds were in silhoutte against sun, so can't be sure those on wire weren't fledglings but don't think so.

General Comments: Ollie dropped off a fish & then left. Olivia was feeding the chicks. They are very big now and it's almost hard to tell them from the adults.

Other Activity: Three very large Osprey perched in center of nest, actively eating. All three are feeding selves initially. Later, adult feeds very large chick, which is the same size as the adult. Only distinguishable by slight variance in patterning on wings versus adult. Third osprey comes into better view and reveals same mottled/lighter pattern on wings as other chick.

Other Activity: Adults flew off, then one returned A second pair of Osprey flew high over head and disappeared
