For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Other Activity: There were 3 osprey on nest. One definitely was a juvenile, being smaller than the other 2. The other 2 by size I would speculate were adults. However, there have been 2 nestlings on this Nest so I could be wrong and could be looking at 1 adult and 2 juveniles. No sign of the other adult if this was the case.

Other Activity: There is no activity on the nest. I have a feeling that this nest failed, I am assuming that the heat and lack of food for the nestling...will go again tomorrow early to see if an adult returns. My gut is that it will not.

Other Activity: at 3 pm, Mom at nest, 1 large baby visible from time to time. Dad on strut below. After 15 m or so both adults leave at once. She returns very soon. In between (while both adults) there a third adult circles above then leaves Male returns to his perch
