For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Weather Conditions: 35 degrees. Wind WNW ~ 9MPH. misty, cloudy but clearing.
Other Activity: When I arrived one adult flew off nest, about 2-3 minutes later a 2nd adult flew off nest and circled. They both have not returned and are not visible anywhere nearby.
Observation Method: In vehicle and on foot at Independence Park in Beverly with binoculars and viewer in park.
General Comments: Would love to stay and see if they return but have to head to work.
