For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

General Comments: Arrived to find 3 adults at platform-two on platform, one on platform perch. After a couple of minutes one bird left the platform. Two stayed for 5+ minutes and then perched bird left leaving what turned out to be the female on the platform. some but not much nest material visible.

General Comments: I assume the pair from this nest was flying around then both landed on a different utility pole in the same line of poles. There was clearly some nesting material hanging from this pole. I will keep a watch on this situation.
