For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

General Comments: Adult and nestling present. Neatly moving around and exercising wings. No feeding observed.

Other Activity: Not sure what is going on at this nest. No young were visible, and no adults were present for about 20 minutes. Then . Two adults flew over the nest. One landed on the nest briefly and appeared to rearrange the sticks. Then it perched on a nearby nest., and flew off after about 10 minutes.

General Comments: I doubt there are nestlings.

Other Activity: The adult and all 3 young were perched in the nest. None were observed flying today, but 2 were seen flying last time. All look the same size as the adult today, but reddish instead of yellow eye, and white margins on the feathers
