For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: I was only able to confirm that there was one adult bird in the nest. The adult was busy in the nest and his/her head continuously bobbed up and down during the entire time I was watching the nest. It would disappear often for 30 seconds or more and then raise up again. I then went to the beach by Planters St but could not see any other activity.
Observation Method: In vehicle and on foot with binoculars at the end of Osgood Street and at the end of Planters St.
