For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. General Comments: Was concerned at my last visit that female was not incubating though sitting/standing in nest. Both platform, perch and marsh area showed no sign of either bird. Will check back in a couple of days since last time they “failed” they continued to hand around for some weeks.
