Location, Date & Time of Observation:

Number of Adults Visible: None present; think they have flown South

Number of Nestlings Visible: 0

Number of Fledglings Visible: 1 or 2* See below

Weather Conditions: 75℉; partly sunny/partly cloudy; steady breeze

Other Activity: No osprey visible upon my arrival but soon one fledgling perched high on a skag to right of nest skag; fledgling was calling and looking around; after about 20 minutes, he/she flew away to the West; after another 10-15 minutes one fledgling flew to the nest, staying perched, looking around & calling for about 30 minutes; * this bird had the same markings as the original (male, I think), so it may have been the same bird (not sure); much of this time I heard many answering calls but saw no other osprey; finally the one on the nest flew away to the East; I could still hear calls from the East from at least two different osprey, but could not see them.

Observation Method: On foot

General Comments: Thank you for cutting down some of the foliage...it is much easier to observe now.
