For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: One incubating, other perched on nearby piling. Female left nest twice to circle then resettle. Male left his perch when another adult approached the net. The male perched on the nest for awhile, then returned to the piling but left soon after.

General Comments: Sorry about the duplicates in previous posting. Didn't get any response the first two tries, but saw the three entries later. PS: getting no response on this one either.

Weather Conditions: 85 degree, hot, humid, sunny day prior to a storm The wind was gusting a bit then still

Other Activity: Female, Millie was in her nest. She got up and stretched her wings and readjusted herself a bit. The male was near the nest up on a small perch above the marsh grass. He appeared to be alert and on the lookout.

Other Activity: male is perched on the perching post on the nest. Female is feeding chicks. I can clearly see two small heads of chicks moving as one of them is being fed
