In one instance One adult brought fish from GLO-03 perch to GLO-02 supporting that no chicks were produced by this pair and for whatever the reason they abandoned GLO-03 for GLO-02, a nest that was otherwise unoccupied

Other Activity:

Observation Method: From our house

General Comments: On 8/11 the pole & nest were accidentally knocked down by a construction vehicle on the lot where the pole is. National Grid put up a new pole and a metal dish platform late that same night. I have seen the chicks on the platform from time to time. Today for several hours they were making themselves right at home on the platform, sitting down, eating & hanging out as if they were unaware that there was no nest. I'm hopeful that Ollie & Olivia will return next March as they have for the past 10 years that we've been observing them and build a new nest.
