For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: For the past three days, Pauline has been sitting on the nest, hunkered down to withstand the intense rain. Bob occasionally comes in with fish and sits in the nest with her. Last night at 5pm, he sat on the egg(s) while she was able to go for a solo flight to stretch her wings.

General Comments: It is so incredible how dedicated they are to protect the egg(s).

Other Activity: Osprey from NPT-03 flew over and harassed the Osprey perched at this nest, then this bird chased it off
