For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: female sitting, 2 nestlings next to female. Male soaring and finally circled around and landed on nest--chicks moving now--and couple minutes later he left

General Comments: Single Osprey on nest again appears to be. Incubating eggs We did observe 4 Osprey overhead further up river by Middle Rd later today (3:30) soaring and hunting. Very vocal.

Other Activity: Male was near perch on marsh with fish, female is sitting deep in cup. Male is being harassed by crows because he has a fish. Circled several times to shake them, lost the fish and he left.

Other Activity: Day 37. Bob is staying real close to the nest. He is on the marsh perch and periodically swaps out with Pauline so she can stretch her wings. No signs of owls, fingers crossed!
