For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: You can barely see the top of Pauline’s head since she is so deep into the nest.
Observation Method: Back deck
General Comments: Bob routinely comes in to feed Pauline at approximately 7:15am each morning. If he is a little late, Pauline will stand up and look around to the sky. We are on week 3 of incubation. An occasional coyote will look for fish droppings under the nest. Bob spends daily time chasing away crows. No sign of owls. Fingers crossed.
