For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

General Comments: The nest is very large and due to the heat waves I wasn't able to see if there was a chick still.

Other Activity: Mom seen perched on side of nest. One, then two chicks visible peeking up. Dad arrives with fish dinner, then departs.

Other Activity: Male flew in with a large silver fish. We can hear fledglings calling as he nears with the fish. We call it, “Feed me, feed me”.
