For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Observation Method: Parked in Rt 107 Pullout. Walked thru newly cut opening in chain link fence. Used scope and binoculars

Other Activity: Two, then three Osprey eating fish. One on nest, two on pylon struts. Don't know if it was 2 adults and 1 fledgling or the other way around

Other Activity: Three fledglings perched. One adult flew onto nest and perched on the light tower's edge. A fledgling few over to the security camera trailer in parking lot and stayed for quite awhile.

Observation Method: Drove out to far end of large parking lot and viewed with binoculars.
