Other Activity: It was flapping it wings while on the platform. I am assuming it was an osprey. But I am not an expert.

Number of Adults Visible: 1
Number of Nestlings Visible: 0
Number of Fledglings Visible: 0
Weather Conditions: Rainy
Other Activity: It was hovering over Forward Pool for about two minutes. It dropped down a bit, flew back up and then dove into the water and came out with a fish. It adjusted the fish so the head was facing forward while shaking off the water. It then flew in the direction of the platform on PI Turnpike.
Observation Method: I was walking facing the observation tower on Hellcat Dike. I observed the bird hovering over Forward Pool. Which I thought was North Pool. But on the map it is labeled as Forward Pool.
General Comments: I reported one that was on the platform on PI Turnpike. The new one where the pink house used to be. I believe it is the same bird. Due to the timing.
