For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: 1 on platform.The 2nd osprey flew to the perch with fish. It started eating, then went to platform, handed off some of the fish to platform osprey, returned to perch and continued to feed itself. small nest on platform.

Other Activity: One came in to settle on platform perch. Later flew off and circled. Coming very close to my location at the edge of the marsh. Unclear if this platform is now active for pair.
