For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: one sitting on nest / one perched on lower post / at 6:32 Osprey on lower post flew up to upper post momentarily and then headed out to the ocean...probably to fetch dinner!

Other Activity: One osprey appears to be on top of an enormous nest. Laying down not perched so I assume incubating but don’t know. One other one was flying around the general area of the nest but then took off heading north.
