For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Other Activity: At one point the bird incubating stood up, moved around a bit and resettled facing a different direction. No other osprey were observed in the area.

Weather Conditions: 62 degrees, little to no wind, 100 percent cloud cover to sun breaking through. The view across the marsh was briefly very sharp until the sun started peeking through. Then the distant views became quickly distorted.
Other Activity: The view to this nest was initially sharp and I could see what appeared to be an osprey incubating on the nest and 1 osprey was perched on a post near the hut. As soon as the sun peeked out, this view became blurry.
