For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. General Comments: no osprey visible. This pair always builds huge deep nest so female could have been down in nest and with wind and distance I couldn't see her. Never saw a raised head but not conclusive.

Other Activity: One on nest upon arrival. Around 2:55 another flew in. It circled along time and made a few dives but pulled up each time. It was still circling when I left. The water was choppy (for Collins Cove) and I wondered if it was hard for the Osprey to see fish. Meanwhile the one on the nest stayed put. Incubating???
