For more than 15 years, Greenbelt has been dedicated to Osprey conservation through the construction and maintenance of nesting platforms, data collection, public education, and collaborative research efforts aimed at protecting this once endangered species. Volunteers submit their sightings online, and the most recent sightings are displayed in real-time.

Other Activity: I was watching the nest from time to time all morning and saw, for sure, a 3rd chick. We've been away for more than 2 weeks and before we left we were able to confirm 2 chicks although they were just peeking over the top of the nest. They have grown so fast that they now have their dark wing feathers with white tips. Either Ollie or Olivia was feeding them.

General Comments: At one point I heard chirping & when I looked out one of the adults was on the nest and the other was flying around with a visitor. I have seen a visitor a few times this season.

Other Activity: 2 adults and 2 nestlings were perched. One of the adults left and returned later. One of the nestlings was up and down, the other remained perched.

Other Activity: Both on nest when I arrived. At 6:22, bird 1 flew off. Bird 2 preening.

General Comments: I feel like I should have been able to see chicks at this point, if they were there. Any updates on the status of this one?
