Mail Crew
This dedicated group of volunteers helps us get invitations, membership renewals, newsletters, and other mail out to our growing membership. Duties include preparing materials for bulk mailings, folding letters, labeling envelopes and getting the mail out the door! The mail crew gathers as needed on Thursday mornings througout the year. Please contact Becky (978) 768-7241 if you are intersted and to find out what days we need help.

Data Entry Assistant/ Office Assistant
Volunteers who are comfortable on a computer can help with data entry and other computer projects. Not comfortable on a computer? We always have non-computer projects to complete! Come in for just a few hours per week. Flexible schedule.

Art in the Barn Volunteers
Every year we need many volunteers to help with our special events, especially Art in the Barn. Held every June, volunteers help with a variety of tasks before and during this event. Some volunteer tasks include:

~ Postering Crew
(hang posters at various county businesses)
~ Artist Check-In
(check-in artwork in the week before the event)
~ Wrapping/Check-out Station
(help with checkout and wrapping artwork)
~ Food and Wine Tenders
(supply food and wine table during evening events)
